Sensyflow iG Flow Meters

Sensyflow iG thermal mass flow meters for gases feature diagnostic functions intended for preventive maintenance of plant and instrument. These keys allow storage, analysis and reporting of operating times, temperature peaks and electrical power of the instrument, minimizing failouts and plant holdups.

The technical realization of the Sensyflow iG is based on a complete abandonment of any analogue primary signal. Instead of one analogue signal, the evaluation electronics process multiple digital signals which can be employed for a scientific based online optimization of the measurement. The multiple signals can also be used for the indication on the display and the simultaneously output on the field bus interface.

This flowmeter can be equipped with a pressure proof housing for usage in hazardous areas, where the operating of the instrument can be made with a magnetic pen.
