Stainless Steel DP Indicator

N/Ad to indicate with ±1%FS accuracy the extremes of very low differential pressures in a high static pressure environment, the Model 450C is Barton's first commercial 4½ in. DP indicator. It is available with optional NEMA 4X weatherproof 316 stainless case and bezel construction to reliably operate in corrosive environments such as offshore platforms and hostile plant processes. Differential pressure measurement is from 30 in. wc to 1000 psi with safe working pressures up to 10,000 psi.

Applications include gas turbine engines, process liquid/gas filter maintenance, tank level indication, leak detection isolation, and flow rate of liquid and gases. The 4½-in. case offers an combination of small size with readability. The Model 450C is actuated by the field-proven, long-life Barton Model 224C rupture-proof DP unit featuring Bellows Unit Assembly and removable pressure housings. The 450C indicator also is available in a standard die-cast aluminum case finished with weather-resistant epoxy resin paint. It has an elastomer ring to assure a moisture, fume, and dust free atmosphere for the indicator and switch mechanism. Mounting is flush, panel, pipe or wall.
