SulfurAlert Sulfur Detector

SulfurAlert is an on-line research precision total sulfur detection and concentration analyzer system. Microprocessor executed diagnostic algorithms and FSK digital communications to the host system provides the real-time status for closed loop process control.

Configuration selection is provided to meet varied user requirements and application needs.

Calibration options match available resources with application requirements.

Diagnostic alarms are generated by software checks to provide system status and help with system maintenance.

This system takes advantage of microprocessor calibration precision. Data is acquired with 16 bit conversion resolution. Signal over sampling is applied for statistical detection processing and accuracy correlation. An extensive set of mathematical algorithms is executed with full floating point precision to calculate the concentration analysis.
