Hendrick Screen Companyck Support Grids are designed to take loads above 50 psi while maintaining tolerances on slot openings from 0.005 in. and up. Surface wire shapes can be selected to produce open areas above 50% while still maintaining required strength.
The company provides edge banding when the annulus between the grid and vessel wall is to be packed with ceramic rope. Flanges are available when gasketing is required at the grid vessel support ring of if the grid must be bolted to the vessel support ring to withstand backwash or regenerative conditions.
