Wafer-Sphere high-performance butterfly valves combine bubble-tight, all-polymeric seating with a disc design that eliminates wear points.
The valves have a full TFE seat and available self-lubricating, stainless or fiberglass-backed TFE shaft bearings. Live loading is an option for the TFE or Graphite Chevron packing. Available in a wide range of materials for specific chemical media, typical applications are found in air separation, HVAC, pulp and paper, the grain industry and—with the 600 lb fully rated valve—the oil and gas transmission business.
