• Western Environmental Engineers Co. (WEECO) specializes in environmental testing and cleanup services.

• Western Resource Company (WRC) is specializing in international construction project financing and development.

• WRC Software Company is specializing in ecommerce development and B2B internet program services.

Western Colima Corportion was founded in l988 in the State of California in order to develop international construction projects, financing, environmental engineering, and high-tech commercialization purposes. The founder is Mr. Charles Choi who is a chemical engineer with 20 years of experiences of working for the major U.S.A. companies such as Exxon, Unocal, TRW, Fluor, and Occidental Petroleum. Mr. Choi also worked for Daewoo Corporation of Korea which was involved in engineering and construction of offshore oil/gas production platforms, drill-ships, drilling-rigs, and modular plant design and constructions. Western Colima Corporation later created WRC(Western Resource Company) WRC is mainly engaged in finding and developing international construction and trading businesses. In 2000, Western Colima Corporation also formulated a new company called WRC Software Company, which is designed to apply software programs such as B2B programs for new markets and exchanges that will be formulated in Korea and Asian countries. Mr. Joon Suk Cho is the vice president of WRC Software Company in Korea.
