SC311 Infrared Combustible Gas Sensor
The SC311 delivers the latest technology advancements in infrared sensing of flammable gases in a rugged package designed for the most extreme industrial environments. Hydrocarbon gas LEL detection is fast, reliable and highly accurate with only periodic bump testing recommended and a simple annual calibration sequence. A full 5 year warranty is included with a typical sensor life of 8-10 years.
Optical Flame Detectors designed to perform in the harshest environmental conditions and connect directly to alarm or automatic fire extinguishing systems.
CT5100 Continuous Gas Analyzer
Rosemount CT5100 continuous gas analyzer from Emerson is the world’s only hybrid analyzer to combine Tunable Diode Laser (TDL) and Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) measurement technologies for process gas analysis and emissions monitoring. The CT5100 is available in two variants: a certified system, housed in a purged and pressurized enclosure for hazardous area installations; and a non-certified system for use in nonhazardous areas. Both can house up to six lasers to measure up to 12 critical component gases and potential pollutants simultaneously within a single system - meeting local, state, national, and international regulatory requirements. The CT5100 is a unique combination of advanced technology, high reliability, and rugged design. Its "laser chirp" technique expands gas analysis in both the near- and mid-infrared range, enhancing process insight, improving overall gas analysis sensitivity and selectivity, removing cross interference, and reducing response time. The laser chirp technique produces sharp, well-defined peaks from high resolution spectroscopy that enable specificity of identified components with minimum interference and without filtration, reference cells, or chemometric manipulations.
PACT® Biological Treatment Systems
The PACT system combines biological treatment and carbon adsorption into a single, synergistic treatment step, resulting in significant cost savings and performance advantages over other systems.
Hydrocell® Hydraulic Induced Air Flotation Separator
Hydrocell™ hydraulic induced air flotation separators remove oil and suspended solids from water in large volumes, and can process solids and oils from 50 ppm to several hundred ppm with product effluents containing less than 5 ppm.
Folded Flow® Dissolved Air Flotation Separator
The Folded Flow® DAF system’s simple and innovative design “folds” the flow by removing effluent from the same end of the tank as the influent is introduced, resulting in a higher hydraulic loading rate.
Corrugated Plate Separators (CPS)
Corrugated Plate Separators (CPS’s) provide economical and effective removal of oil and solids from wastewater by gravity, in a smooth, efficient automatic flow. With thousands of installations in operation, this proven design has no moving parts and provides consistent operating results for simple and better separation.
GAA630-M Emission Monitoring System
The GAA630-M is based on a dry and extractive approach. The system is designed as a two housing solution. The continuous gas analyzers are engineered to fit in a small footprint IP65 compact cabinet, while the sampling system is mounted in a separate IP65 enclosure. The design complies to IMO MARPOL ANNEX 14 Res. MEPC 177 (58) (NTC) & IMO MARPOL ANNEX 9 Res. MEPC 184 (59). The sampling system is based on a continuous extraction cooling device, removing the moisture from the sample gas. Both cabinets are equipped with antivibration devices to reduce vibrations effects, maximize measuring performance and extend lifetime of the analytical and pneumatic components
GAA330-M Emission Monitoring System
The GAA330-M is a CEM system designed to measure the gas pollutants SO2, CO2, and NOX, as specified in MARPOL Annex VI. The GAA330-M operates with both high- and low-sulfur fuels, no matter if you are operating outside or inside an ECA. ABB has the right gas analyzer portfolio to allow vessels to stay compliant with current and upcoming regulations. The GAA330-M uses an Infrared photometer for reporting the SO2/CO2 ratio as specified by MARPOL requirements. NOX is monitored with an ultraviolet photometer (UV) which is the most practical approach. ABB photometers are manufactured and designed for best performance under harshest conditions with an installed base of more than 100.000 units in global industries.
TALYS ASP400 Series Analyzer
The TALYS ASP400 series analyzer is designed to achieve monitoring and control of continuous processes. Its seamless installation enables real-time process monitoring, determination of stream properties or physical qualities, process characterization and early troubleshooting.
