   Today SUEZ announces that, together with Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (“CDPQ”), it has entered into a binding agreement to purchase GE Water & Process Technologies (“GE Water”) from General Electric Company for €3.2Bn1 enterprise value in an all‐cash transaction.

2. Veolia Wins Contracts With Oil & Gas Operator Antero Resources 10/22/2015

   Antero Resources, a producer of oil & natural gas in the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays, has selected Veolia, through its subsidiaries Veolia Water Technologies and Veolia North America, to design, build and operate an ultra-modern $275M treatment complex in Appalachia, to treat and recycle 9,500 m 3 a day of flowback and produced water.

3. Veolia selected By HDGSK Joint Venture To Supply A Zero Liquid Discharge Evaporator And Crystallizer For The Karbala Refinery Project In Iraq 10/15/2015

   Iraq´s State Company for Oil Projects (SCOP) and their EPC contractor HDGSK, a joint venture composed of Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., GS Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., SK Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., and Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd., have selected Veolia´s HPD® evaporator technology for the Karbala Refinery project.

4. Kruger Has Partnered With Stamo Maskin AB As Their Supplier For The U.S. 4/27/2015

   Kruger Inc., Veolia’s US Municipal Solutions provider, has entered into an agreement with Stamo Maskin AB as its supplier of Stamo products and services in the United States for the municipal wastewater, drinking water and biosolids markets.

5. Siemens To Supply Wastewater Treatment Systems To Refinery In China 1/8/2014

   Siemens Energy has received an order from Sinopec Jiujiang Petrochemical Company for the supply of a refinery wastewater treatment system that includes PACT biological treatment, Wet Air Regeneration (WAR) and a Hydro-Clear filter system, and a Zimpro wet air oxidation (WAO) system for spent caustic treatment.

   Siemens has installed the HelWin1 offshore platform in the North Sea, marking the successful completion of a significant stage in German grid connection projects.

7. Siemens Delivers Wet Air Oxidation System To Treat Wastewater In Indonesia 8/12/2013

   Siemens Energy has received a contract from Indonesia to deliver a Zimpro wet air oxidation system. The technology will be part of the new Gundih gas processing plant where it will treat wastewater contaminated during the gas production process.

8. Siemens To Supply Wet Air Oxidation System To Qatar 6/10/2013

   Siemens Energy will supply a wet air oxidation ethylene spent caustic treatment system as part of an ethylene plant expansion.
